Cucumbr Salad Recipe
Ingredients
– 2 Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
– 1 Onion (sliced)
– 2 tbsp Vinegar/Lemon juice
– 1 tbsp Olive oil
– Salt & Pepper
– Fresh Dill or Coriander
Step 1
Slice cucumbers & onions thin.
Step 2
Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper for dressing.
Step 3
Toss everything together, add fresh herbs.
Step 4
Chill for 10 mins before serving.
